Highland Park neighborhood celebrates Independence Day

Complete with a truck and firefighters from Station 19 on Balcones, about 200 Highland Park neighbors gathered at Highland Park Elementary and then strolled, pedaled, wagoned, cycled, skated, drove, scootered, and walked a four-block area back to the school. Bikes, cars, trikes, scooters, strollers, wagons, people, and dogs were all decked out in lots of red, white, and blue to celebrate July Fourth...
