The air was filled with holiday cheer as the Festival of Trees - Home For Christmas event brought warmth, joy, and the spirit of giving to the community. Hosted by The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary, The Festival of Trees is a beloved tradition that showcases beautifully decorated Christmas trees, each a unique masterpiece created by members of The Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary, board members, and dedicated volunteers.

The trees were auctioned off with all proceeds going to provide crucial services, including shelter, resources, and support for families during the holidays and beyond. Throughout the evening, Major Feinaver played beautiful Christmas music. His renditions of holiday classics brought smiles to everyone’s faces, as did the hot chocolate, cookies, and charcuterie boards available to guests. Attendees embraced the opportunity to contribute to The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, including a $10,000 donation from Dick and Sarah Rathgeber.
