For one month every spring, Toast of the Town offers a unique series of one-of-a-kind experiences – from intimate dinners with leading coaches and best-selling authors to unforgettable live performances.
The events bring the community together for remarkable evenings of celebration and entertainment, all to raise critical funds for the St. David’s Neal Kocurek Scholarship, the largest healthcare scholarship program in Texas. The scholarship provides merit and needs-based support to Central Texas high school seniors pursuing health-related degrees at Texas colleges and universities.
This year’s Toast of the Town co-chairs, Araminta Sellers and Felicia Hester, supported by a committee of more than 30 members, created a standout lineup of 22 beautifully curated events. With close to 700 guests and a matching contribution from St. David’s Foundation, more than $2.3 million was raised, a record-breaking amount for the event.
